The funny thing is…I am ACTUALLY a 42 regular.
And that non-joke is better than anything Chris Evans said for two hours (trust me, that’s not a compliment to me).
Lots of action here - some of it cool, most of it forgettable. Did you know they use drones?! Every plot beat and spy cliche reminded me of a better film, and this is never a good thing. Gosling and Ana rule, but they often get to cook in much better “kitchens” than this one.
Mindless, sure. Expensive? Oh ridiculously so. But I’m getting a little tired of these glossy looking Netflix flicks with no beating heart (or soul).
Watch Prey instead.
